Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, caramel sauce, sprinkles

- Cast iron skillet or foil pan
- Tongs or fork
- Campfire grate or grill rack
Instructions
1. Prep the donut bites
Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces. Roll each piece lightly into a ball if desired.
2. Cook over the campfire
Place the donut bites into a greased cast iron skillet or foil pan. Set over the campfire grate on medium heat. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Coat in cinnamon sugar
Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush warm donut bites with melted butter, then toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
4. Add toppings & enjoy
