Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp yellow mustard (optional for a tangy kick)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (about 6–8)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, sliced pickles, paprika, shredded cheese
Instructions:
- Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Then transfer to an ice bath and peel. - Chop and Mix
